WAHOO Goldfish Spawning!

Ok, so my golfish are spawning (YAAYY!!) and I have them seperated from the other fish who were enjoying some nice caviar.

The eggs are stuck to some silk plants, and there's gravel on the bottom of the tank, since I was housing a betta in the QE tank.

It's a 29 gallon, there's a 10 gallon filter on it.

When should I remove mom and dad? And what do I do next?

How long till I have babies? and how long till they need fed?

once the eggs are laid, you can remove the parents as they will eat the eggs.

Once they are free swimming you can feed them BBS

Thank all that is holy that I have friends who at least pretend to be interested!! LOL

I had to call my friend the other day squeeing "My goldfish are spawning!!!" He at least had the sense to ignore the fact that I was nuts for 5 minutes and congratulate me!! ^^

Most of them are still clearish white, and I think one of them got fungus. I pulled mom and dad out, since mom was tired of being chased, let her rest overnight, and they're together now, and it looks like they've laid a few more for me. The one's that aren't cloudy are fertilized right?

I have 28 little pairs of eyes!! ^^ some of the eyes had spines yesterday, and some more of them have them today!!!

I'm so excited!
