Milky Way Galaxy,
I was reading about brown-bannded sharks and they said there geo. locations are - Arabian Sea, Thailand, Malaysia, Java Sea, East China Sea, North And South of Austrila, and the Philipian's Sea. so then whats the recommended temp for these guys??? doesnt someof those places get pretty cold?

then why do they do that? but do they still eat and grow in like 70F and will live perfectly fine? this is werid only if they did this to migrate and have babbies?

Philippine Sea? I don't think it is that cold.

I guarantee southern Australian waters are COLDDDD!!! Dove there 2 years ago in the Great Bight - about 51 degrees.

True Southern Australian waters are cool 50-66F(10-19C). But then there's no species of Hemiscylliids in Southern Australian waters.

As for the East China Sea - yes in it's northern parts - is also gets quite cool in the Winter. Which is why the northern most part of the Brown-banded Bamboo's range is around the Southern Japanese Islands - which is in the southern part of the East China Sea - where water temps tend to stay above 68F even during the winter months.

As for the Arabian, Java, & Philippine Seas - they are all definitely considered to be tropical - with winter surfaces temps in the low-mid 70's, and summer surface temps in the low to mid 80's
