walking cat or electric cat

i took a trip to my lfs yesterday and i saw that they had a fish labeled as an electric catfish but as i looked at it seemed to look more like a walking catfish than an electric cat, it was under a cave but i could see that most of its body was white with some grey and black anybody kno if it is a walking cat or electric cat

yeh pictures will be hard to get ill try to go back later in the week and get some but i believe he is a walking catfish any body got any info on these guys

Walking catfish get to about 18 inches long. I own one, it is albino and about 9 inches. It grew really fast and then stopped?... A tank that would work for life is a 125 gallon. I plan on getting a 180 for mine, when it start growing again.

The colours you are describing is more of a Electric cat. I saw one in the pet store one day but they get way to big for me. 3 feet I think.

I dont know state rules for Indiana, but I know walking catfish (clarias) are illegal in WA, so I would guess its an electric, but hard to tell without a pic

If it looked like stubby, it was probably an Electric Cat
