what is the min size tank for a walking catfish.

have anybody have any expersince with a walking catfish and are they good for a first monster catfish.

and yes 180s are the best way to go, but you could prolly pull it off in a 150

They're one of my favourite cats.
I currently have 2. One was a drop-off at around 18 inches, the other is just a baby I picked up a week before the drop-off. Both of them are pi-bald morphs.
Here's a pic of the big one

His mouth was a little banged up when I got him but it's almost fully healed now

And here's the only shot I have of the baby. It hides almost all the time

They grow very fast and can attain max size in about 6 months to a year. I grew mine from 1" to 16" in about 5-6 months. They are very robust and hardy. Mine would destroy all my pvc piping and eat all the food. LOL!
