They are federally banned in the US and all air-sac catfish species are banned in the state of FL.

Not very rare. I got mine for $15 at about 8".
Yes, I believe they are illegal in Fl.

You know what i meant! Rays, tiger fish all banned and just for that i not telling you whats in the baggies and most of those werent mine anyways
