If its what im thinking of im sorry to say they are basically junk. Hopefully im wrong but is it like a 2inche wide tank that hangs on the wall and is ment to look like a picture frame?? If it is they are useless for anything but goldfish or guppies and i would still feel bad putting them in there.
Its to deep and skinny and doesnt have enough surface area especially for Saltwater.

there is no 8 gallon tank sutable for a goldfish.
a guppy is a bout all you're going to get in there.

Dimensions: 46" L x 4.5" W x 17" H and i was wrong its 5 gallons.and yes there is several different sizes.heres the web site www.aussieaquariums.com
Thats just slack. The eel is like twice as long as the tank is wide. I wouldnt expect it to work very long as the eel gets bigger.
I couldnt be bothered working it out but are you sure its only 5g it sounds like it would be bigger.
