Wallago attu catfish pricing

Went to an lfs today and my buddy showed me some wallago attu catfish he got in. (I think thats how u spell it lol) they are about 3 inches minimum and 3.5-4 inches tops just eyeballing. Can anyone provide info on the retail value. I was interested in buying both but sometimes his prices are double that of what retail normally is.

Two things - first, how much is he asking? Second - make sure they really are what he says they are. And then, of course, make sure you can house them properly.
