They are your fish. Do what you want, as long as you are not euthanizing them just to get some new ones. If you are, don't tell us that.
You can expect a need to upgrade the 29 in a couple months. They do grow fairly quick.

With that said, I'd go with whatever you like better, as long as it's not an impulse buy, but judging by the title, id guess it is though. You seemed to be so proud of your fish in other threads, and just seeing you trade them in without second thought kind of seems degrading imo
However, if thats what you truely want, and you won't just ditch the eyebiters in as soon as something "better" comes in, then id say go with it.

I have some nice looking fish that are my favs as well. I also see a lot of other fish I like, but I know that I cant put them in my tank cause of aggression or size. So I have to make a desicion
