So I've been think of shifting my 2 tanks around and here is what I think.
Right now my tanks are place directly across from each other in a really
tight basement.

I'm thinkin of placing both tanks side by side on one wall with chairs across
from them. The reason for this shift is so I can enjoy a direct view of my tanks.

Would I be able to just save the gravel and the filters but empty and replace
all the water? I'll, of course, put the fish in a holding tank with their current
water and this will be the only water I'll save. This is because I don't wanna
go and search for containers to save all that water. I'm guessing that my
tanks will continued to be cycled with this method and I won't lose any fish
due to some bacteria colony die off.

What do you guys think?

Your bacteria should be fine. Most of your bacteria shouldnt be free swiming anyway, but attatched to the substrate or filter media. If your really worried about it get some Seachem Stability or similar product to add to your new water.

if you plan the moves out right shouldnt take more than a few hours each, biofilter should be fine if you keep it wet with tank water esp any biowheels

I don't even lose fish during cycling. If you monitor water quality, you will be fine.

Yeah ewurm just loses his fish in the camera. He points at it pushes the button but some how they always escape!
