i want a giant gourami but not sure its possible with my setup. ive got a 240g tank with two FX6's running. Other longtime residents are 3 finfoil barbs, 2 bala sharks, and an oscar. Would this work? i dont want it to abuse any of my guys

Pretty sure the tank is big enough but I still think he'd bully everyone once he gains size, giant gouramis are very very solid fish and when it charges/tackles/rams (however you choose to word it lol) it will do a hell of a number on whatever it hits, but I could be wrong I'm only speculating based on other threads here maybe some one with more experience can chime in
Personally I don't think it would be possible. I had one once and he grew from a 1.5in baby to being 14in within 8 months. He would bully and beat up anything slow enough. So if you really wanted it to work you'd probably have to remove the Oscar.
