I'm working on a shark/ray in aquariums book for SW as well as FW. I want to include a few profiles of people's systems - if you want to have your system featured in a book, PM me and we'll talk.

NOTE: this will NOT be for pay, just something to get your awesome systems out there :)

Are they going to be separate books? One for sw and one for fw? Your going to try to top Scott W. Michael's shark book?

Well, topping off Scott Michael's book isn't hard because most of it is wrong information. It will be one book, there will be a single chapter for freshwater rays. It will sort of be a cross between the Elsamobranch Husbandry Manual in the sense that it's all 100% tried and true information, but like Michael's book because it's easy for the average reader to understand.

I was just about to say that Michael's book is not looked upon very fondly around here.

Yeah, it seems to be a crappy book that for some reason, people follow religiously.

Got a system running now? FW or salt, doesn't matter to me :D
I bought it and followed a lot of his advice when I was just getting into sharks years ago.I'm strictly freshwater these days, for now anyways.

I was trying to be sarcastic lol as in it won't take much to top it. Sarcasm through text, never understood.

Lol my tank is not book worthy. Some other members have some amazing setups though!
