i have 40g breeder and 29g i know they are extremely easy to breed. i know how to sex them, and i was wondering how should i raise the fry? also what is breeding size? what should i feed the parents and the fry? what filtration should i use for the fry? and what should i give the parents to lay their eggs on?

Tons of threads here on breeding cons. I'll give you a quick rundown.
Parents in the 40 with lots of caves and driftwood. Feed parents pellets and live or frozen food two to three times a week. Bump up temp to 80-82 and when doing water changes do it with water slightly below tank temp. Feed fry finely crushed pellets( I feed mine nls). After a week or two of free swimming move fry to 29g to grow out. If you want another batch of fry repeat the steps above. Feed grow out fry three times a day and do water changes every two days. Make sure grow out tank has temps around 78-82 to promote faster growth. Use a sponge filter for the grow out tank. You won't need a lot of filtration if you are religious about water changes.

thank you this does help very much when i get the 29 set up i will probably post here as an update on how its going anyways thank for the info 
also what should i feed the fry
and will bump up the filtration on the grow out because i'm limited to weekends because i have school and homework that i will have to do
and how will the fry be ok with twice a day feedings?
i leave for school at 7:45 and get home at about 3:45- 4:00 will the fry be ok in that time period?

Feed fry finely crushed pellets. They will be fine with two feedings a day. I just feed mine three times cause I use them as feeders.
