Want to buy catfish

I am looking for a piebald or albino walking catfish or two or three. These seem to be floating around, so any leads would be much appreciated.
They ARE illegal in some states, but not all, it seems.

I think theyre illegal in this country,although I was talking to someone who caught a mess of them last summer in florida.Also illegal to release them he killed them with a bat.
