Looking to help anyone out that needs to rehome fish in Massachusetts and rhode island

You might get better response if you include alittle info about yourself. Do you run a fish rescue like fish story rescue or Ohio fish rescue. What size tanks do you have( include so pics of your tanks) this will help people understand so they dnt think you want free fish to resale.

Good point.... I have 7 tanks two more I'm picking up tommoro 75 gallon and 30 gallon. I have 3 koi ponds 3rd is going next spring. I Ave a above pool that will be going up in the spring for large fish. I have a mixture of fish.south and African cichlids. Dinosaur fish Oscar's angel fish guppies catfish plecos platys a ton of betta's puffers koi feeder goldfish that are all sizes and butterfly tail goldfish. Oh and my son has two dwarf albino frogs with 2 danio and a minnow. I hope that helps. I have severe anxiety and I just lost my mom and uncle two months ago and my dad isn't doing well. So watching and asking to them really help me relax.

Are you still interested in taking fish? I have two very large plecos and a larger tank won’t fit in my place. I’m in CT but willing to drive them to you if it means they have a good home.

I have a pair of albino boesmani stingrays, and a pied Fly River turtle I need to rehome

Well, sarcasm may not be a lost art...but the ability to recognize it seems to be...

OP, I think that many posters are concerned that you are just looking for free fish, either for yourself or to re-sell for profit. In order for a fish to be "rescued", it has to go to a new home that is an improvement over its old one. Anyone who really wants their existing fish to go to a rescue needs to feel that the move is an improvement.

I'm sorry for your recent loss; I'm sure your intentions here are honourable, but you must be ready to deal with a certain amount of skepticism from respondents. If you really are equipped to rescue fish, and actually place an ad offering to do so, then it's unavoidable. Good luck, to you and to the fish!
