want to start invert tank

i want to make my 25g an invert tank as im getting a 10g for my con fry. its relatively shorter in height than normal tanks i think (12.5in). i want to go with shrimp and snails. snails will be ramshorn and MTS, shrimp will most likely be CRS or RCS (havent decided), amino and 1 or 2 others depending on compatibility. i dont want the shrimp to cross breed because i read that its bad for the shrimp and colour. i plan on starting with a few of each and let nature take its course and let them overpopulate themselves.

only concern i have is are there any problems with snails and shrimp together? if so which types dont go together?

No problems with snails and shrimp together. None of those shrimp will cross breed.

If you don't mind spending the extra money I would get a different species of caridinia (there are loads... and some cool color morphs). What you are doing right now is my current project, so if you have any questions, shoot me a pm.

Those snails would do just fine with shrimp.
