Hey all! My name is Christoffer and I'm from Norway. I've been keeping pretty much every different pet since I was little, but I've had a break from aquariums for some years now. I love ferosious monsterfish and would very much like to set up a monsterfish aquarium!!

My question is, what would you guys recommend for a 200-300liters (50-80 gallons) aquarium? Filter will be no problem as I have ALOT of different ones in the basement along with like 10-15 tanks so I'm all ready to set up an aquarium.

My criterias are that they offcourse do not get too big for a 300 liter aquarium, that they can be kept in group and that I may be able to breed them in the future for the fun of it. I'm open to keeping different species of monsterfish in the same aquarium. Even "non-monster" fish that can be kept together with my future monsters are of interest :)

Hope you guys can come with some good suggestions and I cant wait to get to know this forum a little better! (Been lurking about here many times before ;P)

Best regards
Christoffer :naughty:

What type of fish really intrest you? There are may options my personal favorite for an 80 gallon if you want a breeding pair would be grammodes cichlid.

An 80 gallon would be a great tank for a "wet pet" type of fish. Something solitary that gets decent sized and pretty aggressive. Maybe a Midas or if you want the breeding thing, get some Convicts.
