Keep some light on the tank... Not too bright... It will help. Mine go wild if I turn on the light in the room before I turn on the light on the tank.. Otherwise, they're fine if I turn the tank light on first.

I got 2 18watt (2ft bulbs) on the tank plus the tank is near a windos, so there is always like fadded light on the tank (kind of hard to explain).
