Ahhhhhh.....The AC 110 is the largest HOB unit they make with a 500gph flow rate. That would put you at the 50X turn over level and basicly plaster your fish to the back wall of the tank...LOL

I think what your looking for is an AC20
 
lol thats true.. the current will be so fast that the fish will have no power to swim. For 10 gallon, try the mini AC.
 
LOL...OK....I couldn't quite get past the vision of a handful of tattered fry swimming furiously just to stay in place......
