Wanted--Arowana

Hello folks im not sure if everyone checks the buy/sell section of this forum so i figured id add my request up here. I am looking for a Silver or Blue or Jardini at least 8-10" in size. I am looking to trade either a 14" florida/spotted gar for it or a 12" african pike characin. Please let me know who would be willing to work with me in this... also i live in CT will be wiling to travel a little bit though if someone wanted to work with me. I go to a LFS but they have nothing big enough for my tank

Ask them to get you a bigger one.. Or buy one and grow him out in another tank...

yeah there saying its the wrong time of year to get bigger ones lol which i know is a crock of poo! however i no longer have another tank to use to grow one out it otherwise i would do so... i do appreciate the suggestions

How about get one of those small ones... and give it to a friend to grow out...?
