Im looking for a Buttikefori around 2-3", around the riverside area or shipped? or if anyone knows where I could get one right now? I haven't been able to find any recently?

Where you located, I know a couple of shops that have some.

I go to UCR, so I'm in the Riverside area, but I go home weekends to South bay area and I also visit my gf quite frequently at SDSU. I knew a couple shops with them too but many of them are sold out or only have small ones around 1"

I've had 3" butti's kill 6" african cichlids... He killed an entire 75g tank by himself, except a LARGE pike cichlid, which he fought continuously, and would have killed if he gotten to 5" before I got rid of him. I now have a 5" alone in a 75g.


id say keep the Butti alone, or expect to have one angry fish and floating bodies every morning till they're nothing left.

I had a 5" butti but it died when I left my roommate in charge of taking care of my tank while I went home over break, actually all my fish died except for my pair of jags and my motag, I haven't really experienced any aggression from any of my fish towards each other, only towards the larger goldfish that I use as dither fish, So I am now just trying to restock all the fish that I once had
