Buying piranhas is pending purchase of several tanks. Between the two of us, we will probably have a 135 and 90.
Being my first time trying piranhas, I wanted to try the species that was most affordable. They've also got the traditional piranha look- silver sides, red belly, FANGS. If there are caribe at a comparable cost, it could be fun to have a mixed shoal...
First time, I'd go w/ some RBPs too or like you said and go w/ a mixed shoal... that would be nice...
