Not sure if this type of post has been done before or not. (I couldnt find one like it).

If it has, then disregard this one :D

If not then please post your ideas/pics. I'd love to see them.

I've noticed that as my Bichirs are getting bigger, they are started to outgrow their hiding spots and flower pots.
And only one of my Bichir's likes the PVC pipes.

So just wondering what you have set up in your tank for yours. Mine are all going on 6 inches. And I want ideas that will fit them even full grown.

I actually find huge sement blocks in my back yard, and hose them off using the Jet option on my sprayer thing, and then it gets it clean. But like Andri Pogo said, they will go into bogwood pieces.

I hate the look of pvc and flowerpots in aquariums. I only use driftwood which the bichirs take to just fine.
driftwood, rock caves, plants
love the natural look

I like the natural look also. Here are a couple shots from my very dirty tank so please don't mind the glass. Sorry about the blurry fish too, shutter speed was turned down. Anyways, here it is:

Really only cave is on the right but my bichirs like to hang out between the rocks in and the rock work and around the driftwood.

Also, here is a downward shot of the middle of the rock pile in the center of the tank where my albino likes to hang.
