wanting to add a second filter sock to my sump...

I've noticed there's quite a few tiny floating particles in my tank. My current sump has a 200 micro filter sock. What size would I need to add to this in order to help catch these really tiny pieces?

I run a 100 on one side and a 50 on the other and my water is very clear, but I also run a pair of koralias low to push particles towards the overflows. The 50 micron sock is nice for polishing.

run two 100/50 micron socks and my water is clear... planning to run 50/25
