Just so happens my wife has come into some very nice and old decorations for her tanks. Most have worn off paint and she now wants to repaint them. Any input as to what kind of paint is best for repainting/detailing decorations. they are all some plastic like most available decorations.

I've only ever used spray paint. Krylon Fusion is fish safe once its cured. I'm sure theres a brushable paint with the same make-up, or you could just spray it onto something really thick and then brush it up while its still wet.
