where can i go to read a good article on a beginner's guide to keeping stingrays? I'm near L.a. ,Cal. When i was in san Diego, I saw some very small ones swimming in a channel when the tide was going high.I don't want to get one if it's quite a hassle to keep. thanks

you will want to go to the salt water section for sharks and stingrays as freshwater rays are illegal there.
Does anyone know what kind reside in San Diego? They did have spots on the top and are light brown .Anywhere i can go to read on this?
