warm water fish pond in socal

is it posibal to keep pbass,arowana,rtc and freshwater cudas in my outdoor pond i live in socal (central southern california) and the water in my 300 to 400 outdoor pond rarely ever drops more than 61 degrees during the winter and im thinking of making it bigger with more depth like maybe 5-6' and i think i could probably also get a couple of big heaters for winter and early spring but i dont think ill need to i already have or should i say had 4 pacu in it stupid birds got em but i still have goldfish,gaourmis,pleco and blood parrots in it
