Wart/pimple on ornate

Our little ornate has this growth on his side. It looks like a pimple almost. Any ideas on what it is? There's no worms or wiggly anything. I'm stumped.

A week maybe. And there's no heater in that tank. It's got me totally stumped.

Only other tank mate (aside from some little guppies) is an endlicheri that's approximately the same size. It's acting fine, and there's no change in the growth.
