I dont know when they started to show =( cus i live at my GF house atm since im rebuilding my kitchen and bathroom so im just home and feed them every 2 days.. And hes always been picky with the food =( been eating realy bad latly if anything at all.. But today did i see these things.. First thing that crossed my mind was that "lionhead" jardini and it scared the crap out of me.. But i would say maybe it started to grow a week ago or so. Or i would have noticed it allready. My RTG and Silver in the same tank eats like monsters and swim normal and they dont show any signs of these things.

Either it got bitten by tankmate, or water is not clean. Looks like fungus or viral infection. Do a 40% water change, raise tank temp to 86F-88F (make sure provide a lot of dissolve oxygen), add salt (a handful every 100 gallon of water.) You can use Mardel Maracyn Plus (liquid) to treat the water (following recommend dosage on the back), or Coppesafe (I found Mardel Maracyn Plus works great with arowana, and doesn't cause much stress to the fish.) Do a 30% water change every 3 days, and repeat the treatment at half recommend dosage, until symptom is cleared. If you have a UV sterilizer connected to your system, make sure to unplug it before you add medicine to your tank, and leave it off until you finish treating your fish with medicine. You need to do at least two weekly water change after finish treating your tank with medicine before you can turn the UV back on, since UV can break down the medicine and turns it in to toxic. Once you got rid of the problem, 30%-40% weekly water change is recommended, and wash clean the filter pad each water change. If you use canister filter, dump the water inside each time you wash the filter pad. Don't wash your bio-media. Good luck!

Lack of appetite due to poor water quality. If you don't treat it properly, it could turn into that "Lionhead" jardini. Your other arowanas are more hardy than this one. BTW, this is the medicine that I prefer using to treat arowana

I did a water change like 25% but ill do a new one today.. It cant been bitten cus ive put up a divider between them cus they other aros are growing much faster and i wanted to speed up his growrate and feed the other ones less so they dont grow to big compared to him.. So hes alone with a 30cm gibicep. Oxygene is not problem i use 3x Fx5 + 2 fluval 104 and one big air pump for this 380g tank.. And the divider is just thin filterfoam that i put in the tank.. But ill add salt and do waterchange and pray it goes away..

It's nothing serious. Just a few good water change, filter maintain with alittle bit of salt will solve the issue. But it will take some time.

Side track abit, another thing I notice is that this red seen to be extremely underfed.
