So I doubt there is anything I can do but well I was given a free runt that I put in with my other guys. Over the few weeks he still hasn't grown close to the rate my other guys are going. (He is getting food, and he isn't being picked on.)

I just assume he was given to me to late, hence he is doomed to be always a runt. Any advice on how I might help him grow without giving him his own tank.

What is it?

Feed it bulking foods like bloodworms, super shrimp, and get some good quality discus pellets. We use Sera.

super shrimp which are? (I feed NLS, and now Xtrememe aquatic foods, then blood worms and brine shrimp depending on the day.)

Get some live black worms. You will have to feed each fish separtly. If anything will bulk it up that will. It may just be a female that is going to be small.

Will try. I have them now that they come up to my hands to eat food, so it shouldn't be a problem... Of course they get sort of aggressive when attempting to get food out of my hands. They have greatly changed for the scared guys they were a few months ago. (Whoever told me to feed them with my hands in the tank thanks again for that tip.)
