Hello ladies and gents. I've been lurking around MFK for about 3 weeks and I like what I see. I've been out of the hobby for 4 years but recently got back into it. My gf works with a guy who was giving away a scratched up 65 gallon hex front so here I am. This setup will only be temp until we move into our new home at the end of the year house with a basement and I can get my 240 gallon dream tank. I've always been a CA/SA cichlid lover but have found a new love with the Africans. I will continue to learn all that I can to keep these beautiful creatures to the best of my ability.

Hey!! Welcome to MFK!!! You should definitely stick to SA/CA cichlids! I mean you have Crenicichla, Caquetaia, Cichla, Thorichthys, Parachromis, and Amphilophus!! What more could you want!
It IS great to see more Missouri members here! There are quite a few of us actually, so be sure to keep an eye out.
