If you want disease free feeders, the quickest and most prolific feeder breeder is the trustworthy convict cichlid.

I am breeding convicts for feeders ... but to keep up with what I need I need about 10 more mated pairs

I just picked up over 100 goldfish a couple days ago to feed my Bichirs and Parachromis dovii ...

Labiatus and Citrinellus grow faster than cons.. But if they are eluding your aro... Well I would breed superworms and crickets If you are looking for live food...That won't outsmart your aro

thanks all the problems with the speciecs ur talkin bout is that theyre all bannd where i liv lol even the aro thats why i paid 400 for it @ da moment all he eats r goldfish

hey someone had suggested a worm bin for breeding earth worms on one of the posts and now i have one and it really is a great idea as worms breed pretty quick and my jardini likes them quite a lot.

You could do yellow labs they breed like crazy and are pretty hardy plus easy to see to net.
