If you want disease free feeders, the quickest and most prolific feeder breeder is the trustworthy convict cichlid.

Labiatus and Citrinellus grow faster than cons.. But if they are eluding your aro... Well I would breed superworms and crickets :) If you are looking for live food...That won't outsmart your aro :D
 
thanks all the problems with the speciecs ur talkin bout is that theyre all bannd where i liv lol even the aro thats why i paid 400 for it @ da moment all he eats r goldfish
 
hey someone had suggested a worm bin for breeding earth worms on one of the posts and now i have one and it really is a great idea as worms breed pretty quick and my jardini likes them quite a lot.

whats a good small fish, that u can just chuck in a pond or anything and it will survive and breed for feeders?.
