I have a blue phantom pleco but my bleeding heart tetra has wat looks like popeye and my emerald cory has fin rot on dorsal fin so I am going to add some aquarium salt but I have the pleco in there and don't want to cause him any problems, I also have a silver hatchetfish and lemon tetra in tank will salt do anything to hatchet either?

my L200 barys, gold nugget, mango and L14 have tolerated up to two tablespoons per 5 gallons without issue

You are better off using seachem prime or safe. It will neutralize the nitrite for you. Why do you have nitrite?

Most important thing about keep plecos or any types of fish. Stay on top of your PH LEVEL, once that crash every thing else crash.
If you feel like salt will help just use 1 table spoon per 5 gallon bucket.
