Asian redtail catfish, Hemibargus wyckii (black devil cat), bagarius yarelli, Pimelodus nigricauda :), or a Synodontis Angelicus

there are many synos that would work. you could also do striped or spotted raphaels, pictus, and the list goes on. as the fish get bigger, I would personally feed floating foods first to the cichlids and then when they are distracted drop some sinking pellets towards the back of the tank or to a different side to make sure the cats get enough food. :)

I dont think a Yarelli would survive in a cichlid tank. I am pretty sure they need cooler water with much more current and disolved O2

 are you trying to murder his cichilds?
Heee heee heee :lol2: i was being sarcastic :lol2: Ming caught it :lol2: anyway, best catfish in a cichlid tank is your synodontis angelicus, or pictus cats...lots of them :)

I have a lima shovelnose in one of my cichlid tanks. Just be sure the fish are to big for the cat to eat:WHOA:

A wyckii would eat them all!! I think the lima would get munched by the oscar.
