wat size do spotted silver dollars get and how big do black bar silver dollars get

the spotted silver will get 4-5" while the black bar silver dollar will get to 15" although i have never seen one in an aquarium bigger than 12"

sure but they are schooling fish and you would need a huge aquarium to keep a school of black bars.

Ive got a black bar at 8" quite fast growing really i have another 2 at 5".

I have 5 spotty dollars at 4.5-5" not fast growers they dont get much bigger than that.

Id go with 15. Although ive kept more than that in a smaller tank.
