Well it's about 6:00am and I have to leave for school in 20 minutes but I don't want to. My female is laying eggs right now and I want to watch her lay them all and my male fertilize them. I think she is a little uncomfortable with me watching because usually she will lay in the dark when the lights are out but I left the light on last night because I passed out on the couch. She keeps on thinking I am coming near the tank to give her krill ( her favorite food of all time!!) but i am not lol.

Haha funny.

Yeah they are my jags lol. Sorry was in a rush to get ready to go. It has only been 10 days since she last laid and this has been the shortest time she had so far. Usually she lays evey 12 days but 10 days is her new thing lol.

Geez..... 10 days! I've been waiting for my Mota to get in the mood, took her kids out of the tank as randsom! Good luck on the batch!

Well it took me about 2 months maybe a tad less to get my female in the mood to lay eggs. Now it's a non stop train of eggs. Each time about 2,000 eggs with a 85-90% hatch rate

The new guys are wrigglers now. Their tails are up just a couple more hours before the parents begin to move them.
