Jardini seem to be the tricky ones....I had one for about a year and it always had one target in the tank till it was dead....My silver on the other hand is very easy going so far and has no problems with top or bottom dwellers too large to eat. The threads here seem to confirm what I have seen......As for water.......Over filter. Good Luck!!
silvers are delicate when small and easy targets until they start getting some real bulk to them. bigger the better to start keeping them with other fish. I agree to overfilter, just no heavy currents for awhile.
