You are wanting to use bulkhead connectors? They make bulkhead connectors for curved surfaces too. Otherwise, use the largest that will seal (usually smaller than what you wanted) and double up on them. I've used double gaskets or made my own from neoprene (old wet suit or mouse pad). Dr Joe .
