So I just came up with a different way of adding water and salt to my tank. I was adding salt to my tank during a water change because on of my bichirs was getting a cloudy eye. I opened up my box of supplies to look for a media back to hang and let the salt dissolve in the tank. I dug around and found an undergravel filter pipe with the end still on it. I took a look and thought, i can fill it with salt, stand it upside down in the tank, and the salt won't spill out. Better yet, I can attach my hose to the up end and have a current pushing through to diffuse the salt even quicker and spread the water out and about. This was just made up in about 5 minutes so its still in the preliminarily phases. I plan on adding a rubber sleeve to the end that connects with the hose for a quick attach and detachment. Check out the pictures.
