water change early in tank life

So ive had my tank setup for three weeks now, the first had nothing in it, the second had some neons and now there are four gold piranhas.... Im wondering if i should give the tank another week before doing a water change. I dont want to do it too early... what do you think?

as long as the water parameters are still good you could wait for an other week. what size tank are we talking about here anyway?

Did you have somesort of an ammonia source in the tank to get things going, and agin what are your parameters at now?
Adding fish to a tank thats had nothing in it may not be good, your tank/filters may not be able to handle the added bio load so the tank may go into a mini cycle
