i was wondering how should i do a water change when there are fry with the parents in the same tank? do i change it how i usually do? i siphon the water out then fill it with tap water while adding conditioner.

I just valve mine down a little,
And use a python tube,
to give me some reaction time.
Or use a sock on the end of the tube.
For small fry in there own tank,
No parents.I use Mystery snails,
They eat any old food on the bottom.
And very little water changes.
