I have put some rough salt into the tank and some Bio Vital

I have 3 peacock bass, silver arowana and a datnoid in the tank and there is enough air in the tank

Your tap water is saturated with gas and once put in the tank it releases it all at once. These tiny gas bubbles can irritate and or kill the fish depending on the severity and how sensitive the fish are.

I highly suggest aging your tank water prior to doing water changes.
