Water Changes/Growth Rate

I asked this in the growth rate forum but I'm bad for going off topic, I know that more water changes helps fish grow because of hormone saturation and all that, BUT for a 10 gal with 2 polys and a pleco, I change the water once a week, 30% water, how much can I up this without affecting the culture in my tank?

try to buy a big tank.., and u will know.., how fast the growth of bichirs..,
the more capacity.., the faster they grow....

for sure, right now their tank is temporary, it's so whats the bigger tank doesn't eat them

if the tank has been running long enough, to be fully cycled, you could do it as much as 75% a week.
