you could but the max about 15% of water change. make sure same temp thou.
have a question for ya. are parrents in the same tank or just eggs? because if you disturb the tank. parrent might eat all those eggs befor they get hatch.
i normally remove eggs from parents after 4-8hrs after spawn and hatch em in 10-20 gals tank. by doing this way, fries never get eat from parent and will spawn again within few weeks.
hope you got picture of your setup to share with us.
If you do a water change like you should, meaning correct temp, pH, hardness etc you shouldnt need to fret. I do large water changes even when my eggs are still present with no ill effects.
do it quietly by siphoning the water on the surface and not going deep down.
and when pouring water back; if you use a python, aim it at the tankwall so that it doesn't blow any of the eggs away.
and if you use a bucket, place the bucket above the tank and siphon the bucket water so it gently goes in the tank.
