Water changes

I have a 20 gallon tank that house a baby bichir,dwarf gourami,baby tsn,and a baby rtc.How many times should i change the water.

you should only have to change the water one time...to a muuuuccchhhh larger tank

20-50% water changes every week
but i hope you know that that tsn and rtc are going to outgrow that tank really fast
