Water changes

How often should i do water changes and exactly how much should i take out? Its a 20 gallon. Also when i am going to add more water it should be more salt water right?

Add saltwater if you do a water change. If you're adding some more from evaporation add freshwater.

do water change when your parameter of ammonia, nitrite, nitrate get to a unsafe level, the first 2 should be zero if your tanks cycled. take out enough water bring your levels down to safe areas.

How often should i do water changes and exactly how much should i take out? I would do 5% weekly if not possible 10-15% every 2 or 3 weeks. Its a 20 gallon. Also when i am going to add more water it should be more salt water right? Right, you should have the new saltwater made a couple day's before to adjust salinity and aerate it to keep it fresh and good also add Ph buffer too so your ph is balanced.
