Water changes?

Hey guys just need some quick advice about my retic ray grow out tank how often should i do water changes I've been doing every other day 25% thanks !

^^ i wouldnt agree with that..changes more then 50% at one time can make more damage then not..best are constant small changes so water chemistry doesnt make rapid changes
