Water Changing Procedure

Hey juz wondering how much water you people change everytime and the intervals.i change 20% of my 4x2x2ft tank with 2x1x1ft overflow sump once every 2 weeks without fail.even though the water is not dirty,still have to change cuz of the nitrate cycle,dun want it to accumulate in my filter.

2-3 50% a week.....every tank...

Im down to all small ones now but 50% every other day.

20% once a month on my 8x2x2 and 20% once a week on my growout out 2x2x2.
