If its been running for only 2 months and it even if you seeded it and fishless cycled the tank it would have taken a good month to cycle. So when where the fish added. If they have been in there all along then I would bet it is not completly cycled. And if you just put them in, in the last few weeks then it is a mini cycle and trying to get used to a new larger bio-load. But etheir way if it is a whitish cloudy ness then it is a bacterial bloom. And the bacteria are trying to rapidly reproduce to take care of the bio-load. So check your ammonia level and nitrites and if they are at zero then just wait and don't do to many water changes. Just regular maintenance weekly. But if you have ammonia or nitrite then do enough WC's to keep the fish alive.
