Anyone have any tips on how to aquire that crystal clear water clarity? Thanks!:headbang2

DE filters are far superior to ANY other filter I have tried for water clarity! I have been running my DE pool filter for about 8 months and I have forgotten what cloudy water looks like! Check out my signature for DE filter links (I have no motivation to push DE filters other than I love my crystal clear water!)

Well I am 8+ months into the first charge of DE powder with no signs of needing a change any time in the foreseeable future. Evidently my tank is not much of a challenge for a filter designed for a 10,000 gallon outdoor pool with a bunch of dirty people wallowing around in it. This filter is almost maintenance free so far. I have started spreading the 50lb sack of DE powder I bought around ant hills since I can't foresee using it up in my life time!

water changes...if you dont like your clarity W/C's are the only cheap and easy solution . try increasing WC's by 10-25%

Carbon! I never had carbon and my water always looked kind of yellow.. now I have carbon and I love it! The difference is insane.
