I got a question to ask about my tank if its the same as others?

Looking from the front view of my aquarium the water is really clear but from looking at the side view to the other side it is cloudy. Is it really like that or my water is cloudy. I don't remember looking at the side when I first setup the tank.

Could very well be cloudy.
White, hazy water can develop in a "new" set up. Can happen to an established tank also.
Sometimes it goes away by it`s self, sometimes not.
Look close, to make sure it is not tiny particles or micro bubbles causing the milky look.
Most will say, bacterial bloom, for the milky appearance.
Could be.
Look through the previous posts and you will see many have this happen and a number of ways to clear it up.

Well last night I did a 50% WC because of the tannic acid all over my water from my new drift wood. The tank has been running for a week now. I had a bacterial bloom on the second day of my tank and I could tell from the front view of my tank and disappeared the next day. Right now the water is cloudy only from the sideview.

i wouldnt worry much about the clarity of the water now, your cycling if its only been up for wk. do you have fish in there? i would just worry about gettting the tank cycled first, then about the water clarity. i just wen through the same thing in my tank and i know its a pain

I am currently going through the same thing. Over the next couple of weeks I'll be changing out the sponges in my cannisters and doing weekly 50% water changes which will correct the problem. So long as your parameters are good don't worry about it.
